Omega-3 fatty acids
Omega-3 fatty acids are essential nutrients and thus have to be obtained from one’s diet. Depending on one’s stage of life and nutrition, there is a higher requirement of Omega 3 fatty acids which is easier to satisfy with supplements rather than meals containing fish. Vitamin D3 is mainly produced in the skin when exposed to sun or obtained from one’s diet. It is especially important for the normal function of the immune system. During winter less Vitamin D3 can be produced which is why it is added to SPONSER’s OMEGA-3 PLUS.
