GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delivery
Your order will be processed within two working days. Your order will be shipped by B Mail. You will be notified if delivery cannot be made within one week. No claims for damages can be derived from a delay in delivery.
Minimum order value
The minimum order value is CHF 0.00. Sponser reserves the right to charge a small quantity surcharge of CHF 5.00 for orders under 25.00 Fr.
Prices
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs, including VAT.
Shipping costs
Deliveries within Switzerland
- Customers & dealers who benefit from special conditions pay the shipping costs according to their separate general terms and conditions.
- Up to an order value of CHF 100.00, Sponser will charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 7.90.
- If the order value exceeds CHF 100.00, Sponser will pay the shipping costs.
Deliveries outside Switzerland
We will gladly inform you about the shipping costs in advance. Cash on delivery deliveries abroad will not be carried out.
Complaints
The delivery cannot be exchanged, except for damaged goods.

Payment methods
Against invoice (Switzerland only), Postcard (Switzerland only), Mastercard/Eurocard and Visa credit card. Payments are processed SSL-encrypted via Datatrans.
Credit checks
Sponser Sport Food AG reserves the right to obtain credit checks from the customer. Individual means of payment can be excluded generally or in individual cases without further justification.
Default of payment
Upon expiry of the payment period, the customer is automatically in default, i.e. even without a reminder. If the customer fails to pay his debts, Sponser Sport Food AG may claim damages and proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). If the debtor has to be dunned for late payment, he will be charged a dunning charge of CHF 10.00 from the second reminder onwards.
Data protection provisions
Sponser Sport Food treats your personal data responsibly and confidentially. The data required for order processing will be processed and stored in accordance with the applicable Swiss Data Protection Act. If necessary for order processing, the data will be passed on to affiliated companies as well as to third parties for order processing.
Datatrans guarantees secure shopping on the Internet through SSL encryption.
Your rights
Should you no longer agree to the storage of your personal data or should these no longer be correct, we will arrange for your data to be deleted on your instructions. Upon request, you will receive information on all data stored by us.
